Two Hours of Splendour, Live Mix

I don’t normal put up mixes over 45/60 minutes but I thought I may as well share the full two hour set I planned to play in full for Splendour in the Grass festival, which was on the weekend just gone.

I was really honored to be able to play the festival and close the Tipi Village stage on the last night, unfortunately the set got cut in half due to some kind of crowd/ venue management issue. I didn’t get to really wrap it up as I would have liked to have as I didn’t get any notice that the stage was going to shut early until it actually did so I thought I would record the kinda set I would of probably played for that situation and put it up! Shout outs to everyone who I ran into through the day and said they were planning to finish the weekend by partying out for my set.

It is a live mix so it’s not 100% flawless but to be honest I prefer it being that way, I haven’t gone through and edited any part of the mix, all recorded live in 1 take at home.

  1. That was pretty devastating when all of a sudden it was all over! Pretty shit abrupt end. What was the reason for cutting it short? There seemed to be alot of police around the teepee forest.
